My AC went out during the hottest 3 days of the summer so far and I contacted several people and companies to check it, but the companies were charging an arm and a leg just to come look at it to charge me even more to fix. The side job guys were impossible to get in touch with or put me off a few days out. So my wife went to google and found Kyle. He answered immediately and was to my house in Montgomery within an hour. He came in tested my unit let me know what the issue was fixed and was out in about 30 minutes with my house already cooling off. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what we needed and didn't upsale us a bunch of stuff we didn't need. And he was more than affordable (he completed the job for what others wanted to charge just to look). I recommend Kyle to anybody needing AC repair.

I called 3 high-profiled companies in the area, but they were either unavailable or returned my call hours later even though they advertise as a 24-hour business. If you live in the Millbrook area, this is the company to call. This guy is phenomenal and his prices are reasonable. My air conditioner wasn't getting cool so I searched online and found Kool Koncepts Heating & Air. I was hesitant to contact him at first because it was about 1 AM, but the temperature in my house was about 90 degrees and unbearable. Once I called, he didn't hesitate to come out and he was at my house in about 15 minutes. He is very detailed in his work and he gave much-needed advice on how to take care of my air conditioner. I have received service from several of your so-called "preferred" companies in the past, but none provided neither the same nor better quality service as Kool Koncepts.

Kyle responded quickly when my sister's A/C was not working. He was able to get the unit working at reasonable price. I plan to set up a maintenance service with him on my sister's HVAC units. I highly recommend Kool Koncepts.

I got home last night, and found that my ancient A/C was not only not blowing cold air, it was barely oozing warm air! Kyle Smith had recently installed a new system for my friend, so I gave him a call. I talked to him at 8:30 PM. He said he could come right out, which surprised me. He got to my house about 9:00 PM, and within a few minutes told me that my fan motor was shot. He actually had one on his truck! He had to replace the fan motor and a breaker switch that had rusted, and in just over an hour, I had cold air again! The price was reasonable for an emergency call late at night (a weekend night, at that!). When my old system can no longer limp along another season, I'll be calling Kool Koncepts for the new one!

Kool koncepts is a locally owned top notch company! Our unit had a variety of problems which was diagnosed quickly and repaired just as quick. Would definitely recommend this company for all your heat or A/C needs!

called Kyle to get a second opinion to the company our warranty company had sent out. He came and confirmed the problem. Although he never pushed, With all things in consideration a new unit was the most practical decision. He quoted us $1000 less than the previous company, waived our trip charge and 2 days later had our new unit installed! While this wasn't something we wanted to expense having just moved, we are thankful our family has a cool home to come in to and equally as well that in the 2 weeks of having our new unit our electric bill isn't much different than when it wasn't running at all. 24 hour service! Called at 11:30 Sunday night and they came right over. Reasonably priced and very fast. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Did a great job showed up at 9pm and got my AC fixed working better then it has ever worked very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need would definitely recommend him to anyone

Kyle was very quick and was able to figure out the problem with our A/C unit. He came to our house within half an hour of placing the call. He even let us borrow a wall mounted A/C while he was working on the main unit. Thanks Kyle!!!!
